Hello My name is Guy D'Amato, I have been a Christian since 1988.  There are alot of people who claim to be christians, but just because a person lives in American, it does not mean they are an American.  I am also an American...lol.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ, i asked christ to come into my life in 1988.  To become a Christain, Pray something like this.....and mean it.

Dear God, I have sinned against you,

I ask you Lord Jesus to come into my heart and save me,

I believe Jesus Died on the Cross of Calvary to take the punishment for all my sins.

I believe Jesus was raised on the third day, in Victory

I turn from my sin, and ask you Lord to help me turn from my sin,

Thank you for saving me, in Jesus' Name.

Amen

If you prayed this prayer, and meant it, i believe you were born again, even if you did not feel anything, but you may have felt a giant burden lifted from you.  Now it is time to live like a christian, get a bible, and find a Good Christ centered church ( Calavry Chapels, or baptist churches are excellent churches).  Begin talking to God in Prayer, that is just talking to god, and telling Him what is going on in your life...he already knows, but it is nice to hear it from you.

Bible study is an excellent way to get to know Jesus, start with the New Testament, the book of John.  Just ask the lord to teach you and change you into the person he wants you to be.

Remember what God wants is you, and he will NEVER tell you to do anything that is contrary to the Written Word( the Bible).

I pray this has helped, and i will see you in heaven someday.  When you see me there, say hi. ...

Remember one thing that has always helped me, when you sin, go to God with it, God will always Draw you to him, the Devil will always say you can't go to God with that...The Devil is a liar, and yes, he will lie to you.

Draw near to God, and he will Draw near to you...Don't lose heart, you will make it ...in Jesus.
